Conduct

Den Meetings:
Leaders, please meet your scouts in the lobby and lead them to your classroom. This is to avoid boys in the hallway after school, unsupervised. Remind parents that if they arrive late, they are responsible for bring their son to the classroom, not just dropping them off at the front door.
Parents must go to the classroom / cafeteria / all-purpose room to pick their son up after the meeting. Leaders may not allow the boy to leave on his own to meet parents, etc. outside.
Leaders and scouts are responsible for cleaning up the room after the meeting.  Crumbs, spills, etc. must be cleaned up. Desks, chairs etc. moved for the meeting must be placed back in the same order.  If a classroom is being used for your meeting, no scout is allowed to go through a student's desk or touch anything on top of that desk. Leader should remove temptations and remember to replace them back in the exact spot after the meeting.  Failure to do this will result in loss of classroom use.
Parents please remind Scouts before the meeting to:
NO RUNNING, WALK AT ALL TIMES IN THE BUILDING.  Move quietly in school we are not the only group using the school.
Do not roam the hall ways!
Use appropriate body control and keep hands, feet and objects to yourself.
Use appropriate language.
No chewing gum allowed in the building.
Respect all school property. Throw trash in wastebaskets.
Use proper bathroom behavior.  Failure to do so will result in bathrooms being locked after school.

Pack Meetings - All of the above plus:
Pack meetings start at 7:00 P.M. sharp at PMGS unless otherwise noted!!!!
At least one parent / adult partner must attend the pack meetings. Siblings are welcomed and will be allowed to participate in some events with their brothers.
If siblings do attend they must remain with the parents. They are not allowed to roam the hallways.
During the Pack meeting we expect the parents and siblings to be seated and not be busy socializing or playing games in the back of the room while the meeting is in progress. Socialize before 7:00P.M. or after the meeting has ended!
Scouts sit with their dens during the Pack Meetings, however it is the parent's ultimate responsibility for discipline and ensuring that their child and any siblings do not disrupt the meeting.
Respect the “signs up” hand signal.  It means, “Please Be Quite” and this means everyone including parents!
