Scout Registration Form Whether you're interested in Joining our Pack, or Re-registering for next year, please fill this form out and send it directly to "Nick Vitovitch, 107 Lilac Dr., Annandale, NJ 08801".  (Form can be used for Packs 901 and 190).

Cub Conservation Form This is a special Badge that the boys can earn only once during their Cub Scouting Years

Reimbursement Form  This form is to be used for reimbursement of all approved expenses related to Pack and Den operation.

Pinewood Derby Volunteers Form if you are interested in volunteering for the Pinewood Derby use this form.

Local Tour Permit Form This form needs to be filled out for each trip that meets the following conditions: 1) inovolves overnight camping; and 2) involves travel outside of Hunterdon County. It must be in to Council for approval 2 weeks before the event, and requires 3 signatures - Tour Leader, Assistant Tour Leader, and Pack Chairman.

Den Equipment check list This form is used to ensure that each Den has all the equipment and material it needs.
